Listed below are short overviews for all course options.  For the full detailed notes (including maps) for each course, please read the pdf files available for download at the bottom of this page.

September Fathers Day Scorcher Course Details:

The Short Course involves:

  • Run 2.5k Flat lap clockwise from Transition
  • Cycle 12km 2 laps flat from Transition to the bottom of Wallaceville hill
  • Run 2.0km Flat lap clockwise from Transition

Minimum Age: 10 years old

The Medium Course involves:

The medium course has two options, depending on whether you choose to run the hill or not for the openign run.

Option one is the Medium Flat , which is

  • Run 5k  2 laps on flat clockwise circuit from Transition
  • Cycle 20km 1 lap from Transition to turn on Flux road outside Mangaroa School after climbing up Wallaceville hill into Whitemans Valley – and return to transition
  • Run 2.5km A Single lap clockwise from Transition – as per opening run

Minimum Age: 13 years old

Option two is the Medium Hill , which is

  • Run 5k  1 lap with climb after 1k from start up to top of Tank hill, with exit On Chatsworth Road, run down the roads to loop back to transition
  • Cycle 20km 1 lap from Transition to turn on Flux road outside Mangaroa School after climbing up Wallaceville hill into Whitemans Valley – and return to transition
  • Run 2.5km A Single flat lap clockwise from Transition

Minimum Age: 13 years old

The Long Course involves:

  • Run 10k  2 lap with climb after 1k from start up to top of Tank hill, with exit On Chatsworth Road, run down the roads to loop back to transition
  • Cycle 40km 2 lap from Transition to turn on Flux road outside Mangaroa School after climbing up Wallaceville hill into Whitemans Valley – and return to transition – then repeat
  • Run 2.5km two flat laps clockwise from Transition

Minimum Age: 16 years old
